I feel like this course did a great job of blending meaningful content (to read, visuals, and video) that supports someone's beginning journey into mindfulness and meditation. There are lots of guided meditations to help those who don't know how to meditate, or don't yet feel like they are able to meditate on their own. There are also lots of great modules and videos that help in the understanding philosophically, psychologically and scientifically what the principles of mindfulness are all about and the benefits of such a practice on ones mental, emotional, and even physical health. This is a solid foundation to begin a practice on.
